  2. Copy the connection key shown in your personal account or in the bot
  3. Open Happ and tap the “From clipboard” button
  4. Turn the VPN on and you are ready to go

Set up VPN on Windows

On Windows computers the Happ app is used

  2. Copy the connection key shown in your personal account or in the bot
  3. Launch Happ and click the “From clipboard” button
  4. Turn the VPN on with the button on the main screen

  3. Open INCY and click “Paste”
  4. Turn the VPN on and you are ready to go

Set up VPN on Android TV

Download the Happ app from Google Play. If there is no app store on the device, you will have to install the app from an APK file

  1. Before setting the VPN up on the TV, set it up on your mobile device first
  2. Install Happ from Google Play on the TV or download the APK file
  3. Open the app — a QR code will appear on the screen
  4. On your mobile device open Happ, tap “+” in the top right corner, then tap the QR code button
  5. Scan the QR code from the TV — the locations should appear

If something goes wrong

Most often an extra space or line break got copied along with the key. Copy the key link again, in full, and repeat the clipboard import. If the problem persists, contact technical support

Switch location in the app — that particular server may be unreachable from your ISP. If that does not help, disable other VPN apps: two active VPN configurations conflict at the system level

Pick the geographically closest location and measure speed without the VPN — the drop often comes from the ISP link itself

Renew it in your personal account or in the bot: the key link does not change, so there is no need to reinstall the app or import the profile again
